Hi, I'm Dan.

I'm a performance coach, runner, and HYROX athlete dedicated to helping athletes build strength and endurance at the same time.

My coaching focuses on developing complete athletes, not just people who look fit.

I created the FAST Method™ (Functional Athletic Strength Training) to help runners and hybrid athletes build strength, resilience, and real-world performance.
